1. Legal Ground for Handling Personal Information

The RePEaT Co., Ltd. will, on a legal ground that The RePEaT Co., Ltd. obtains consent from you, handle your personal information to the extent to which you give consent.

2. Transfer of Personal Information to Third Countries outside EU

If The RePEaT Co., Ltd. needs to transfer personal information to any service provider or recipient located in a non-EEA country for any of the purposes of use of such information, The RePEaT Co., Ltd. may so transfer the information.
